About Me

Hi, I’m Swati. I’m a product manager with a background that bridges large-scale infrastructure, data-driven platforms, and fast-moving SaaS solutions. Over the past six years, I’ve led products across industries, ranging from predictive maintenance platforms for metro rail systems to growth strategies for digital-first startups and SMB-focused solutions. My journey began as an engineer, where I learned the value of designing for reliability and scale while working on a complex industrial automation system for metro rail projects that powered millions of daily journeys.

Over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the product side, building tools and platforms that didn’t just solve operational problems but also unlocked measurable business value. That shift led me to pursue my MBA at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where I’ve sharpened my skills in design thinking, finance, and innovation. What drives me today is building products that sit at the intersection of technology and human behavior. I’ve launched multiple 0-to-1 MVPs, experimented with A/B testing frameworks, and created platforms that improved retention by 60% and unlocked millions of dollars in savings.

Whether it’s designing data workflows for predictive maintenance, crafting go-to-market strategies for SMBs, or shaping growth engines for climate-focused ventures, I thrive on turning complexity into clarity and vision into execution. Outside of work, I’m an art enthusiast who enjoys storytelling through traditional Madhubani painting and linen art. I also love exploring the outdoors, especially jungle safaris, where I draw inspiration from the balance of systems in nature. At the core, I see myself as someone who builds bridges: between engineering and business, between strategy and execution, and between ideas and outcomes.
